Movie Nite

Tonight we almost went to the movies to see Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. However, Leo and Kristen stopped here to pick up some stuff for their move and we decided we'd rather visit with them. Besides, Kristen had heard the movie wasn't that good anyways.

But I do have a movie to report on! On opening day, June 6, I saw Kun Fu Panda with Anthony, Alex and Roxana in Florida. Alex knew the opening date for this movie and had been waiting a long time to see it. The movie was fabulous! Anthony laughed so hard and Alex enjoyed it too. The graphics were suberb and it was just a real fun movie to watch for all ages.

The Florida theater we saw the movie in was something else! It was a large new multiplex theater and each viewing room was huge with a very large curved screen. The rows of seats were tiered so everyone could see and the seats were very comfortable. I was thinking that now I knew why Strathmore Theater is free! Strathmore is an old theater which used to have two rooms for movies and then was divided into four viewing rooms. The screen is definitely not large and it's time for them to replace their seats!
